Attractive metrics do not help a staff member complete the next operational task. The interface should tell someone what to do next and why.
Automation earns trust by stopping
A system that quietly proceeds when it is unsure is not automated, it is unaccountable. Holding an order with a reason is a feature, not a failure.
A client should not reshape its catalogue around a tool
Bundles and Pick & Mix products are how merchants actually sell. They should be a native workflow rather than a fragile workaround.

Every capability on this site carries a status. We would rather lose a deal than turn a roadmap item into a present-tense claim.
