Carrier charges
Carrier contracts remain in your name. Provider contracting and billing ownership are agreed per integration.
Per-user fees
Warehouse staff, supervisors, and finance users are all included. Shared logins break the audit trail.
Hidden automation limits
If rules, policies, or developer operations become billable, the signed terms will state those limits explicitly.

Why are there no numbers on this page?
No public pricing has been approved. Publishing a rate before a pilot demonstrates value would be a guess.
What counts as an order?
The billing unit remains a commercial decision. Canonical orders, events, bundle lines, corrections, and releases will be distinguished before terms are agreed.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Not for the design-partner pilot. Commercial terms after the pilot are agreed together, based on what the pilot actually demonstrated.
Can we export our data?
Export scope, format, timing, retention, and post-contract access are contract and product gates; no unsupported guarantee is published here.
